Deine Aufgaben bei uns...
  • Du lernst unsere Apps und Services kennen und verstehst ihre Funktionsweise
  • Du erarbeitest für die Apps und Services Zusammenfassungen, die wichtige Fragen beantworten und erstellst in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Marketingabteilung Handouts
  • Du fungierst als Ansprechperson für die Apps und Services für interne und externe Nutzende, beantwortest Fragen und leistest Hilfestellungen
  • Du gibst Schulungen zu den Apps und Services
  • Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Nutzenden und Entwicklung für kontinuierliche Verbesserungen
  • Du behältst die Marktlage im Blick und weist auf etwaige Innovationen im Bereich der Finanzdienstleistungsonlineservices hin
Du passt perfekt zu uns, wenn...
  • Du ein informationstechnisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare informationstechnische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen hast
  • Du begeisterungsfähig für Produkte, Apps und Services im Finanzdienstleistungsbereich bist
  • Du Dich in technische Hintergründe von Onlinediensten im Zahlungsbereich hineinversetzen und diese erfassen, verstehen und verständlich erklären kannst
  • Du Dich idealerweise mit Bankprodukten, -services und -apps auskennst
  • Du in der deutschen Sprache wortgewandt bist, ausgezeichnete schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten hast sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mitbringst

Who we are?
As a company of the Ideawise Group, Compay GmbH provides financial services in online trade. Secure payment processing between company and customer, as well as receivables management, are our specialties. We react innovatively to market requirements and work with motivation to find solutions.

To this end, we are looking for “product hosts” for our customers and employees who are proactive and have strong organizational and communication skills.
Your tasks with us...
  • You get to know our apps and services and understand how they work
  • You develop summaries for the apps and services that answer important questions and create handouts in collaboration with our marketing department
  • You act as a contact person for the apps and services for internal and external users, answering questions and providing assistance
  • You provide training on the apps and services
  • You act as an interface between users and development for continuous improvements
  • You keep an eye on the market situation and point out any innovations in the field of online financial services
You are a perfect fit for us if...
  • You have successfully completed a degree in information technology with a focus on (business) informatics or a comparable information technology education
  • You are enthusiastic about products, apps and services in the financial services sector
  • You can understand the technical background of online services in the payment sector and can grasp, understand and explain them in an understandable way
  • Ideally, you are familiar with banking products, services and apps
  • You are fluent in German, have excellent written communication skills and are business fluent in written and spoken English
