Deine Aufgaben bei uns...

Du betreust ein Team von Softwareentwicklern und planst und steuerst eigenverantwortlich IT-Projekte
Du legst Testpläne an und führst Testings sowie die Qualitätssicherung durch
Du segmentierst, priorisierst und terminierst Aufgaben
Du pflegst Projektdokumentationen und Benutzerhandbücher
Du verwendest für Deine tägliche Arbeit IT-Lösungen wie Jira, Aeneis, Confluence usw.
Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Geschäftsführung und Deinem Team

Du passt perfekt zu uns, wenn...

Du ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement und der Anforderungsanalyse vorweisen kannst
Du Deine konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten mit Freude einbringst
Du Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung und modernen IT-Techniken hast
Dir eine ergebnisorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise mit analytischem und themenübergreifendem Denken liegt
Du eine hohe soziale Kompetenz und Kommunikations- wie auch Durchsetzungsstärke mitbringst und Dir internationales Arbeiten Spaß macht
Du strukturiert und organisiert arbeitest, flexibel und belastbar bist und dabei mehrere Aufgaben parallel im Blick behalten kannst

Your tasks with us...

You will supervise a team of software developers and plan and manage IT projects on your responsibility
You create test plans and carry out tests as well as quality assurance
You segment, prioritize, and schedule tasks
You maintain project documentation and user manuals
You use IT solutions such as Jira, Aeneis, Confluence, etc., for your daily work
You are the interface between customers, management, and your team

You have a degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification and several years of professional experience in project management and requirements analysis
You enjoy contributing your conceptual skills
You have knowledge of software development and modern IT techniques
You enjoy a results-oriented and proactive way of working with analytical and cross-thematic thinking
You have high social competence, communication, and assertiveness skills, and you enjoy working internationally
You work in a structured and organized manner, are flexible, and can work under pressure and keep track of several tasks simultaneously
