Deine Aufgaben bei uns...

Du bist aktiver Part in der Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Abstimmung der Bilanz- und GuV-Konten, Kontendeckung, Monatsabschlüsse, Jahresabschlüsse, Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen)
Du bist Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Interne Revision, Banken, Versicherungen, Finanzämter und Behörden und Kunden in Finanzfragen
Du entwickelst unsere Standards bezüglich des Reportings weiter
Du unterstützt das Risikomanagement

Du passt perfekt zu uns, wenn...

Du ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Aus- oder Weiterbildung (z.B. Bilanzbuchhalter (w/m/d)) erfolgreich abgeschlossen hast oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den geforderten Schwerpunkten besitzt
Du durch Dein mathematisches und finanzielles Zahlenverständnis keine Scheu hast, Dich mit großen Datenmengen auseinanderzusetzen und in verschiedene Datenstrukturen einzuarbeiten
Dein betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis Lösungsansätze zu unterschiedlichsten Problemstellungen liefert und Du mehrere Aufgaben parallel im Blick behalten kannst
Du sehr gute Kenntnisse in Tabellenkalkulationen und/oder anderen Tools zur Bearbeitung großer Zahlenmengen hast
Du über gute Englischkenntnisse verfügst

Who we are?

Your tasks with us...

You are an active part of financial accounting (accounts receivable and accounts payable, reconciliation of balance sheet and P&L accounts, account coverage, monthly financial statements, annual financial statements, advance VAT returns)
You are the contact person for auditors, internal audit, banks, insurance companies, tax offices and authorities and customers in financial matters
You further develop our reporting standards
You support risk management

You are a perfect fit for us if...

You have a degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/accounting or a comparable commercial education or further training (e.g. Balance Sheet Accountant) or has several years of professional experience in the required specialisations
Your mathematical and financial understanding of numbers means that you are not afraid to deal with large amounts of data and familiarize yourself with various data structures
Your business understanding provides solutions to a wide variety of problems and you can keep an eye on several tasks at the same time
You have very good knowledge of spreadsheets and/or other tools for processing large amounts of data
You have a good command of English
